Every Sunday in July & August 2018 - Teas in Church

‘Social Sunday’ returned to Tilton this year in July and August. July was absolutely glorious weather and tables were outside in the shade and the cool church was welcomed by all. It is the seventh year we have held Teas in our church and only the second time we have extended it into August. The reason, apart from it being such a nice occasion, was that with three lead thefts we needed to raise as much money as we could.

It is not easy as we have no water connection but the good news is that this Autumn we will!!!!

The July raffle for a Tea for Two at Gates Garden Centre was won by the Hodges Family.   

The August raffle of a basket of wine and chocolates was won by the Spence Family.

The lovely sum of £1181.00 was raised.
