Saturday 5th September 2015 - Coffee Concert
It was a pleasure to welcome Dr. Simon Ainge to play at our first concert of organ music. Simon is choir master and organist at St. John the Baptist in Billesdon. After refreshments the concert commenced with some popular organ music - which was fantastic.
The appreciative audience left donations of £125.00 of which we were very grateful.
The organ in St.Peter's Church is a tracker action organ with pipes by G H Holdich, organ builder, and was presented in 1869.
